ASIN Metrics gives Amazon sellers a comprehensive view of their performance data — sales trends, inventory levels, Brand Analytics insights, and more — in one streamlined dashboard, built on Amazon's Selling Partner API.
ASIN Metrics aggregates data from the Amazon Selling Partner API to give sellers and brands a complete analytical toolkit — no manual exporting required.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales across all your ASINs. Visualize revenue trends, compare periods, and identify your best-performing SKUs in real time using SP-API Reports data.
Access Amazon Brand Analytics data including search term reports, market basket analysis, repeat purchase behavior, and demographic insights — all surfaced inside ASIN Metrics with actionable visualizations.
Stay ahead of stockouts and excess inventory with real-time FBA inventory level monitoring, stranded inventory alerts, and restock recommendations powered by SP-API Fulfillment data.
Monitor ACOS, ROAS, click-through rate, and ad spend efficiency at the campaign, ad group, and keyword level. Identify underperforming campaigns and opportunities to scale winning ads.
Track product reviews, ratings, and seller feedback trends over time. Get notified of new negative reviews so your team can respond promptly to protect your brand reputation on Amazon.
Dive deep into order-level data with filterable reports for orders, returns, refunds, and cancellations. Export clean CSV reports or view summaries inside the platform for any time range.
Authorize ASIN Metrics via Amazon's official OAuth Login With Amazon (LWA) workflow. Your credentials are never stored — only secure access tokens are retained per Amazon's guidelines.
Select which SP-API data roles and reports you wish to activate — from Sales Analytics to Brand Analytics to Inventory. You control exactly what data ASIN Metrics accesses.
Within minutes, your data syncs into ASIN Metrics' dashboard with charts, trend lines, and KPI summaries automatically populated and refreshed on schedule.
Export reports, schedule automated email digests, and invite team members to collaborate — all from one centralized platform built for your Amazon business.
ASIN Metrics is built exclusively on Amazon's official Selling Partner API (SP-API). We use only the data roles necessary for each feature, and all data access follows Amazon's Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
Our application is registered as a public developer application with Amazon and uses the standard Login with Amazon (LWA) OAuth authorization flow to ensure sellers retain full control of their data access grants at all times.
We are committed to full transparency about what data ASIN Metrics accesses, how it is used, and how it is protected. We comply with all Amazon SP-API Data Protection Policies.
ASIN Metrics only accesses Amazon seller data after explicit seller authorization via Amazon's OAuth Login With Amazon (LWA) flow. Sellers can revoke access at any time through their Amazon Seller Central account. We never access data beyond the scope of the permissions granted.
We access only the SP-API data roles required for the features you activate: sales reports, inventory data, order data, Brand Analytics (where applicable), and product catalog data. We do not access personally identifiable information (PII) about end customers unless explicitly authorized for order fulfillment purposes.
All Amazon seller data retrieved via SP-API is used exclusively to provide ASIN Metrics' analytics and reporting features to the authorizing seller. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer Amazon seller data to any third party. Data is never used for advertising targeting or profiling purposes.
Cached SP-API data is retained only as long as necessary to deliver the platform's analytics features. Upon account cancellation or authorization revocation, your data is deleted within 30 days. You may request immediate data deletion at any time by contacting info@asinmetrics.com.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption. Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We conduct regular security reviews and follow Amazon's SP-API Guard best practices and key security control guidance to protect all seller data in our systems.
ASIN Metrics complies with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy (DPP), and the Solution Provider Agreement. We also comply with applicable U.S. data protection regulations. Our full privacy policy is detailed below on this page.
